5-PATH® HYPNOSIS
Online and In-Person sessions
“5-PATH®” is an acronym for the longer version of the name, “5 Phase Advanced Transformational Hypnosis”. It is a powerful, efficient, and systematic approach to conducting hypnosis and hypnotherapy sessions. It integrates some of the most powerful hypnosis techniques and processes into one complete system that can be used for virtually every issue that a hypnosis professional may be called to work with.
Some hypnotherapists have undergone advanced hypnosis training and certification in 5-PATH® Hypnotherapy. These hypnosis professionals are among some of the most advanced hypnotherapists with whom you can work. Training and certification in 5-PATH® Hypnotherapy allows the hypnotist to go far beyond what most hypnotists can do in a hypnosis session, allowing them to treat:
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
Smoking Cessations
Weight Loss
Phobias
Fears
Anxiety

“A memory without the emotional charge is called wisdom.”
7th Path Self-Hypnosis®
Online and In-Person sessions
Group Workshops
7th Path™ is a spiritually directed form of self-hypnosis. The Practitioner dedicates time each morning and afternoon to the practice, as well as, a short period of time before going to sleep. People who have experience doing a form of meditation will notice right away that this is a profound leap forward. It will give you everything that you wanted from meditation because of how it combines hypnosis, meditation and spirituality.

““Meditation opens the door between the conscious and subconscious minds. We meditate to enter the operating system of the subconscious, where all of those unwanted habits and behaviors reside, and change them to more productive modes to support us in our lives.”
Emotional Freedom Techniques
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is an evidence-based, practical body/mind self-help method – a process of mindful and intentional tapping (gently, with fingertips) on several acupuncture meridian end-points on the face and upper body. An EFT intervention utilizes the same pathways/channels found in traditional Chinese energy medicine, whilst also capitalizing on our ability to think about or "tune-in" to our problem or issue in proactive ways.
